UK RH Drivers Seat for CDN Passenger Seat

I was reading a thread here about how people were complaining about how low the passenger seat was.
I mentioned swapping out for a RH Drive seat. Well I found one for sale in the UK for a reasonable price and am trying to convince them to ship to Canada. I will talk to a local automotive upholstery about swapping my leather for the UK seat to ensure continuity between seats. In theory it should work as the 8 way is in the seat and the plugs should be the same. Anybody think it won't work? I am willing to give it a try based on the pretty reasonable cost.

Probably just need to swap out the track and base trim with switches.

Good Point, haven't had a look under the seat yet to see what's there. Should be easier than changing the leather. Thanks for the common sense solution.
