2005 Chrysler Crossfire SRT6
SOLD Mileage 88366
I have both stock keys
I bought the car used in 2007 from a dealer here in northern Ca. It was my dream car and on Christmas day my wife gave me the key as a present. Yay!
The car was my daily driver until we bought our Tesla 2 years ago. I also autocrossed it locally with my car club for a few years.
I did some modifications to help me not embarrass myself autocrossing but it was also my daily driver so I didn’t go crazy.
Mods are: Koni adjustable yellow shocks, Kmac adjustable camber bushings, TVT rear camber arms, Goodridge phantom SS brake lines, WaveTrac limited slip differential, NeedsWings dual cold air intake, 178 pulley, tuned by Eurocharged. Dyno run showed 366 rear wheel horse power.
I had the headliner replaced a couple years ago and the alarm removed.
Ca smog passed on Nov 3, 2021.
Some work done to prep for the sale: oil change, new battery, dual cold air intake filters cleaned, oil level sensor, climate control blower motor, regulator and cabin air filter replaced. I also had the headlights hazing repaired…again.
Rims are stock (plenty of curb rash) No body modifications have been made. Also I left the exhaust stock (I didn’t want to annoy my neighbors and it wasn’t going to help my cornering speed) The plastic on the inside of the door handle pull bars are beginning to peel. There are multiple places on the body where the clear coat is peeling. Most of the paint is still in great shape but there are a few places where it’s fading.
Since 2010, all mods and service work has been done by Hammond Autoworks in Santa Rosa. They are an independent Mercedes/European shop so could easily take care of the SRT.
I still have the stock air intake and the engine cover. These are needed to pass the visual inspection part of Ca’s smog test. I also have the stock differential.
I’m the 2nd owner, not sure why Carfax shows a 3rd owner. Could be when I changed the ownership from my wife “and” I to my wife “or” I. Other than that I have no idea.
I also have a spare computer and I’ll take a pic of it when I find it.
Brake pads are Akebono
Let me know if you’d like more pics, probably the engine bay would be good, or if you have any questions.
I’ve been a member of Crossfireforum.org since 07 and my son and I attended the 1st ever crossfires across America in St. Louis. He learned how to drive on that trip and I bought him an NA for his high school graduation. It had 90K miles on it 10 years ago and has over 200K now. He’s just now starting to think about a new car!
I’ll wait a couple few days before I post this sale elsewhere.
Cheers!
Steve
Oh, I forgot to comment on the arrow. On the drivers side, the red arrow is just a pinstripe. Easy to remove if you want. It has been there for a few years tho so It's possible, and I'm not a paint guy, that the surrounding paint job has fadded over time while the underneath paint has not.
Edit: added engine bay pics that my mechanic took while he was prepping it for the smog inspection. So you're looking at the stock configuration and the DCAI config.
Edit: added interior pictures, an image of the window tinting, some paint fade on the roof molding, and where/how to adjust the Koni suspension. Many of the pictures have descriptions also.
Edit: Stock SRT center caps pic added

Rough time of year to sell a car, price lowered and now listed on autotrader.
Edit: Amazing how many scammers are on autotrader! Nov 23, lowering the price.
