2007 Silver Sapphire Blue Coupe
For Sale2007 Chrysler Crossfire
Description:
Not 100% sure I want to sell, but I am feeling out the waters as it were.
Well loved and not so used Crossfire.
The only real mods are the steering wheel upgrade and custom wood shift **** with matching door lock pulls. I still have the original factory stereo in the Alpine's box. I did put on a dash kit, with effort it could be removed if the new owner wanted to be stock. Headliner has been redone, airbag recall is done.
Leather is in good condition, tires are practically new, been in the garage for the last few years. Only really got her out on nice days...
She does have a few very minor nicks and dings, after all she is 15 years old.
As my brother used to say "a good 20 footer".
OK gang, it's been a month and I'm ready to deal.
I'll take 9K Firm, bring a trailer or fly in, I'm ready.
Terry (smallfry)
These are some points brought up by Padget....
Roof liner replaced: Nov. 2014
Air bag done: Oct. 2017
Tires: only 10K miles, still lots of rubber.
Clean /Clear Title
Radio: Alpine iDA-XM100 (mainly to use iPod interface. Original Infinity radio is in the Alpine box.
Has basically been a garage queen since we purchased the Fiat in late 2016.
Oklahoma does use salt in the winter, but she has not even seen a rainy day in over 7 years. So , no rust...
So, lets talk...
I've not had a single question about the car, let alone the asking price.
Can or would, someone look over my ad, and give me an honest opinion about my price,
Thank you in advance.
Terry
Also the best ads have many pictures, particularly of imperfections or changes. It helps that I have my own web site so can post whatever I want. Selling is an art and often the most creative are rewarded. Why should someone want an 07 in particular ? Yours ? ( has air bag recall been performed ?)
But the really important thing is location, location, location. Personal inspection is always best and all of the cars I have purchased this millennia were within 100 miles (and I have a tow dolly).. The Crossfire I bought this year was six miles from my home. Are you willing to deliver ?
ps looking at the advt first I had to search to find the 50k miles and manual transmission and other than the radio being an Alpine there is no mention of which, why, or do you have the original. At least OK is a no/low rust state.
Just some thoughts but thinking $9k is a premium price, best to justify. First impressions are often the most important.

IT's a real shame that these cars don't get the respect they deserve as 9K is almost nothing for a unique, well made, Mercedes sport car with American styling.
I would try and post it on all Crossfire Facebook groups in your area (usually more exposure) as well as Facebook Marketplace. Then I'd also advertise on eBay potentially if Facebook wouldn't work out.
Lastly, have you considered the Bring a Trailer auctions? Looks like your Crossfire would be a good candidate given it's low mileage and for once, on that Auction platform the Crossfires actually sell for a higher premium.
You can check the sold vehicles on there as well to get an idea what your car is worth.
of course all the other tips of putting a for sale sign and potentially finding a local buyer is also great advise. With these cars you have to be patient but the right person will come along. They just aren't waiting in line like for other cars. Learned that when I sold my 2004 Coupe with 124,000 miles last year. Took a good while but eventually I found a buyer who loved the car and was willing to pay $7500.
But in my opinion 9K is a steal and definitely don't go lower. Good luck!
OTOH when looking I tend to look everywhere, found last on on Facebook and was six miles from my house.
ps if from a dealer, ask for their Florida business license number, I prefer to deal with individuals.
I have sold many cars and motorcycles using Craigslist with NO FEES
Post yours on Criagslist using your location (Town and State)
