Hi, rekcah. I see you posted revision 3 already. You're too fast for my suggestion, but maybe you can put it in rev4. While it may not be case hardened, the pin is quite durable and frustrated all my effort to drill it out until I put a 1/4" cobalt drill bit in my high-RPM air tool. That's my suggestion -- forget your garden variety 2,400 RPM Black & Decker, it won't cut it.
