Mrmiata, I just want to tell you thank you so very much. Your repair suggestion was spot on. It failed the first time
because the resoder job that was done was not spot on. I kind of thought so when I originally saw it, but I tried it anyway. When it failed, I looked for another answer. Another forum member suggested that I just buy another RCM.
don't try to repair it. I took the RCM some place else and it got resoder and then tested with an ohms meter. Everything tested good. I reinstalled it and its been perfect, I have driven more than 300 miles and still no shut down. It most definitely would have failed by now. Every time I've had a problem with my Crossfire, I've found the answer on Crossfire Forum. The Chrysler Dealerships have no idea how to fix them. Thank You again. Leonard

Mrmiata , Thank You for replying to my post, Your video was very helpful. I followed your video for repairing the solder on the circuit board.j I took the board out and I did see where the solder could stand some repair. Instead of doing it myself, I took it to a TV repair shop and they did it for me. I put everything back together and it cranked. I drove it for about 2 hours, made 4 stops and maybe drove about 18 miles . Again it is doing the same thing. Turn the key and absolutely nothing. lights on the dash board lights up when you turn the key and everything electrical works but won't crank. Usually after 30 minutes to an hour, it will crank . 2 hours have past and still won.t crank.
Please do you have any other suggestions I can try.
