PLERSE HELP : MY CAR COMPUTER WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH PA.. STATE INSPECTION COMPUTER . INSPECTION STATION OWNER HAS NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE ! THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP :confused:

Had that happen here in Mass with my Chevy truck. It turned out to be a blown fuse that controlled the port they plug into.
