Default Born in a Crossfire Hurricane

Hello!

I probably should have checked to see if my title has appeared before but I thought: 'What the heck?' I did think of it on my own.

After a couple of years of searching I finally found the right Crossfire for my wife and I. It's a one-owner, low-mileage (33k kliks), 2005 Limited. We plan to use it on our many visits to upstate-NY and, of course, the neighbouring counties and cities of Ontario.

Wy a Crossfire? I was kinda smitten from the first time I saw one and after seeing the car perform in the TV Series The 4400 I had to know more. So, here I am.

The garage door is always open for those in the Kingston, Ontario area. While no mechanic I can probably help you figure things out or at the very least turn a wrench.

Roger

Welcome to the forum. What a very gracious offer. I'm sure those in your area will appreciate it very much. As you said ,just lending a hand can be the difference between a small project and a "O'crap" job. Enjoy your ride.

And if you happen to have a lift installed in the open door garage, you will be making a LOT of new friends.

Congrats & Best Wishes! (from a long ago Winterpeger, Manitoba). Add some Pacific Coast Highway to the bucket list, the Blue Ridge Parkway is near the top of mine. Gotta keep dreaming!

Thank you for the best wishes! Yes, the Blue Ridge Parkway is high on the list of must-do drives. I thought we'd make it there when the city of Richmond hosted the World Cycling Championships but it's still a bit hard to get the time off of work. All of that ends in March, however!

I've spent lots of time in Winnipeg in a previous-life. Bicycle racing in the 70s and 80s meant lots of trips to the Belgium Club, Birds Hill Park and U of M, etc. Still kick myself for not seeing Bowie in '84 (?) Love the Blue Bombers still.

Thank you so much! And the ride is about to get better as I plan to remove the knee bolsters. First, however, it's two new front tires in order to get it past it's Safety Inspection and then it's to storage for the Winter.
