Question: do any of you visit the exotic car gatherings at the Redmond Town Center (RTC) on Saturdays? I believe it is organized by the car club The Winding Road - Just Drive It!. One in Tukwila as well, but the one in RTC seems well attended.

I went for a first look yesterday, and was impressed by the number of Lambos, Ferraris, Ford GTs, RR coupes, and an assortment of Lotus, Porsches, Bimmers, a lone Masarati and 2 Mustangs (a Shelby and a GT). A Charger from the Redmond Police Dept was there as well ("no worries, folks, the rear seats have just been washed..")

Not every car was in "show" condition but assuming some came from afar to attend. I'll have to work harder on my detailing before putting in my baby

Thought this might be a great opportunity for a stress-less GTG for Crossfire owners as well. Depending on the interest, will be happy to facilitate.

Anyone up for an impromptu get-together tomorrow morning at the RTC?
The blue area is where the exotic cars are parked/displayed. The red area indicates where we can park and meet up.
Event is 8:30-11:30am. I will be there from 8:30-9:30am, so come if you have time, and want a great start to what is promising to be another beautiful sunn day!

 

No takers last Saturday. Lambos were the focus of attention. Here is a sample of what were there, more in the gallery. The Ferraris and Porsches were put across in another lot, and looked positively lonely...

 

Hey I'd love to get together on a saturday's at the Redmond town center! Or if you east side boys and girls want to have a coffee not too far away at my coffee shop we can also gather a meet over there! It resides in Kirkland near the water front called St. James Espresso.

Let me know if you guys are interested! You can see my crossfire parked outside the shop 50% of the time.

How about Aug 22 (Sat)? 8:30am in RTC, or 9:30am in Kirkland. Would you start a new and separate mail-thread for this mini-event?
