I was looking for the coupe while also shopping for the Crossfire. Couldn't find one so I figured that they never produced them. Very nice car, and the GXP to boot!

Here's some photos I took of one at TMS a year ago:

They only made a coupe hundred or so of them so they are a very rare find.

A good friend of mine up in the Seattle area has a black GXP. I believe they made close to 1100 before shutting down production. Nice car overall but the interiors are pretty cramped and a bit, well, cheap.

Darn good looking little car though, that's for sure.

just about closed the deal on a blue one for my wife, but she went back to Mazda6 again...it was a good lookin' car outside, but interior was fairly cheap, and she likes all the fancy gadgets of the Mazda...my buddy has a custom soltice you all should see...amazing looking...

Met a guy that had one just a couple weeks ago actually. I couldn't figure out what it was for the life of me, I had no idea they even made a coupe version.

I figured I had just learned the way most people feel when they learn they made a srt6 crossfire.

His was black. Good looking little car. I liked it a whole lot more than the convertible. I believe he said they made in the 900's before they quit. I wish I had a camera on me.

I will say though, it wasn't as fast as me.

Haha!

I find it ironic that the Crossfires started out as a coupes that morphed into a verts and the Solstice (and Sky's) started out as roadsters & the Solstice morphed into a coupe.

The hardtop is a great looking car, but what is up with the top on the roadster?!? Every single one of them looks like the top is fit poorly because they pull around the rear points of the top. Before they all closed 3 of my dealerships were Saturn stores & 100% of the roadsters were like that. Same thing at all my PBG store with their cars. The roadster looks ok with the top down but someone needs to come up with an aftermarket fix for their tops....

They Call It A Coupe But The Top Comes Off. No storage or Soft Top However.

This is probably why they have a targa style roof as the car was made for open air enjoyment.

I have said it once and I will say it again, a targa on an XF, if done PROPERLY would be exquisite.

Wow, harsh review. Although, the Crossfire didn't get rave reviews either and I like how it turned out.

That has always bugged me, and is the same way on every one that I have seen to include the Sky's. The only solution that I have seen for it is.... Smooth Line: Hardtop: Pontiac Solstice
