1983 Mercedes 280SL

Can anyone tell me what kind of oil and filter to use for a 1983 Mercedes Benz 280SL?

When I still worked at a Benz dealer, we would fill the old, solid lifter warm climate cars with 20w50. You should be able to still get the OE filter from a dealer, otherwise the Napa Gold filter P/N is 1398.
