Firepower or Crossfire's bigger brother ?
This months Road and Track... is actually being a touch more positive about the Crossfire stable of cars... the Firepower looks awesome!!!
You are correct... The Firepower is featured in R&T. The last 1/3 rd of the article is devoted to the topic "Will they Build the Firepower?" The author, Matt DeLorenzo had every opportunity to say that the Crossfire was going to be replaced by the Firepower but did not say this. Odd, even though I have read here on the forum that the Crossfire could stop production with the 2007 model.
The Firepower does look like a morph of the Viper and Crossfire. I like its looks personally. Who knows, it may see production some day. If you are a Chrysler fan the July 2005 issue of Road & Track is a must. The Crossfire SRT coupe and roadster gets a nice nod.
