He claims he killed a Lambo Gallardo. Ok but the Gallardo is powered by a VW V10 not a lambo built V12. So he's claiming he beat a sporty AWD audi with a V10 from Volkswagen (not to put VW down or Audi down, I'm a huge fan of both makes and have owned many of both) maybe he outa have raced a Murcielago. However, I have seen the Gallardo in action and it's one heck of a fast car, so i don't know how he smoked one. To me "smoking a Gallardo" means placing him about three car lengths away increasing to maybe 4 or 5 and i can't imagine that happening with a Gallardo's powerful V10.

 

m5 has 500 hp. i wouldn't doubt it.

They are pretty close matched. Both have 5.0 Liter V10's. BMW has 500 hp and the Gallardo has 493 hp. Gallardo can hit the 1/4 in 12.4 @ 118 mph and top out at 191 mph. I think 0 - 60 times are like 4.3. BMW claims their car can hit 60 in 4.5. They are very close, i can't imagine one "way smoking" the other.
