Even more than than the quick curvy drives home, I enjoyed many a drive in theater movie stretched out viewing through the back glass of my cousin's S model 64 barracuda.

I purchased a 1970 Barracuda special order with a 318 & AT. It took 6 weeks to get the car. The longest 6 weeks in my life. I had 26,000 miles on it in 6 months. When I sold it I had 170,000 miles. Purchased a used 1980 Turbo Trans Am with 12,000 miles. An X girlfriend wrecked it for me. Well, she was an X after that.

Lucky you.

My neighbor's wife drove with a fogged windshield, right into my parked 'Cuda. The idiot pushed it 50 feet before she realized she had hit something. The cops suggested that had I killed her, they would have understood. Seems she had done the very same thing about a month before.

Standing on my neighbor's front yard, viewing the ball metal that used to be my baby, I just cried.

Body shop did the best they could but the car was never right after that. Traded it for my '75 Olds Starfire manual Muncie V/6. Fun car but hardly compares.
