As told on Mercedes own web-page, the SLC Final Edition is meant to commemorate the over 710,000 SLK/SLC which have gone before it. Oh, and the Crossfire. I'm sure it said that. Somewhere. Just not that web-page.

And if you check out the Mercedes-AMG GT Coupe, it looks like a serious update of the Crossfire Coupe, even with a pop-up rear spoiler.
