Do a search ! There are several threads concerning pulley kits that will probably answer your questions. :)

Not sure what is the better performer as the smaller sc pulley is brand new.
Reliability wise, I'll stick with the proven 178mm crank pulley.

If you decide on a crank pulley - you have 3 sizes & 3 vendors to choose from - - 178mm @ 14% PSI gain, the 181mm @ 16% PSI gain or the 185mm @ 20% PSI gain

Or you could poney up for the SC pulley at ???mm @ ??? PSI gain (Shhhh!!! it's a big secret...)

I will post a review of the SC pulley when I get it. I should get it soon. (I'm the #5 person on the order list.) :D
