My site, CrossfireGarage.com is earning money every month with no effort, but unfortunately I've lost the time and motivation for this particular site, so I've decided to sell it.

I just thought I'd give you guys and girls a heads up about it, since you may find it more useful than most.

Avg income: $60.74 per month over last 6 months
Avg unique visitors over last 6 months: 1,535
Avg page views over last 6 months: 5,128

The site has been appraised at $4,276 (can be confirmed at CROSSFIREGARAGE.COM Appraisal | URLAppraisal.net) but the auction is currently only at $1. Whatever it sells for, it sells for :-)

Anyway, just thought I'd let you know about it, since you'd appreciate its value more than most.

Does the new owner get one of those $20.99 performance chips good for 500hp and 100 MPG sold on your site as part of the deal?

 

Maybe you should try to sell it to the person that appraised it at $4276.00??
