Yes, I've been watching e-bay for used tires for quite some time. I'm not sure what they mean by Take offs though. Also the user looks like they haven' sold anything before with the 0 feedbacks. Still looks like a great deal with free shipping. Good luck.

 

I think they're "take-offs" which means they were mounted, probably OEM tires on a car, and they replaced them with different tires. I hope....
