Maybe I wasn't clear in my post. I would like to get this to the current owner of that car. I would think they'd have more use for it than someone else including myself. The chip, key and case aren't much use anyone else. Bob

You sir are one good hearted person! If the previous owner of my crossfire were to come forward with the second key, that person would be a couple of hundred dollars richer..
Good point for anyone with extra keys out there. If you can locate the new owner it would be great. Maybe that would be a good sticky for the forum ??
i agree it will cost me $170+ now plus i have to take out the module from behind the instrument cluster to do it, id be willing to pay $150 for the key just to not have to deal with it all!

I second that, It’s so weird that it’s such a common thing that so many people only get one FOB when buying used. Used probably being the “KEY” word lol. Not saying all but it seems like most, and not just Crossfires either. Both Volvo’s I owned only came with one. My gf’s SLK, my dad’s SSR and even my brothers Veloster he bought used from a dealership only had one. Guess there’s a Key FOB monster, probably related to the sock monster lol. Thought someone might get a nice laugh from that one 😂
I'm sure this is a long shot but here goes. Does someone here own 1C3AN65L55X045739 2005 Red Roadster Limited.
Last known location was Siler City, NC. I have a spare working key fob for this vehicle. PM me if you have info on the location of this vehicle. Key fob is not for sale, but will pass it to the legal owner of the vehicle.
