Talking Rubber and alloy shift **** . . .

Hello Crossfire friends . . . Years ago I rounded up a few of these shift ***** that are only available in the UK . . . Look here for information / photo :

https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...tml#post810613

With the assistance of another Crossfire friend in the UK, we are trying to round up a few more of these. If successful, there will be a limited quantity available at around $60 + shipping to you anywhere CONUS. These are really great quality and good looking shift *****.

If you want one, please email me at RedDogNumber1@aol.com so I can put you on the list and let you know when they become available (expected sometime late January 2020).

LIMITED QUANTITY / FIRST COME FIRST SERVED!

I know it’s a little off topic, but I think you’re the one that helped put together SRT-6 floor mat group buy?
If so what would the forum need to do to do that again? Obviously only if people would be interested that is. I unfortunately missed out last time. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, that's not going to happen. Those were produced for CICCI which is now defunct. Also the company that make them is no longer licensed to produce the SRT6 logo. Gone forever . . .

UPDATE: As of today we have come up with 6 of these shift ***** and all have been spoken for. This particular shift **** has been discontinued but we have one more potential source in the UK that MIGHT have some NOS inventory.

E-mail me if you want to be put on the waiting list . . . RedDogNumber1@aol.com We have two months to find more of them because our UK friend Robert Richardson won't be coming back to the USA until January. So . . . We might find more!

FINAL(?) UPDATE: Our effort to round up additional shift ***** was not successful. We currently have a total of SIX in hand. I am keeping two of them and the other four are being held for forum members who previously contacted me via email. Our only remaining potential source is Ebay in the UK. I have a "saved search" that will alert me if any more of them are listed. I'll revise this post if we happen to find more . . .

Our UK Crossfire friend Robert Richardson will be visiting the USA again in January 2020 and will bring the shift ***** to me at that time.

Hey Bob,
Those are great looking shifter *****. Can you explain the removal of the original **** please? I am aware that there is a ring just below the **** on the shaft that needs to be released first, but does the **** thread on or is it glued on? I did not see a link to this procedure on the Crossfire Common Repairs page. Thanks in advance.

Once you unscrew the ring at the bottom of the OEM shift ****, the **** should lift straight off the stalk.

I thought that the attachment was the same for auto and manual.
But with SRT6 on, it would be out of place.

Is your trim piece that surrounds the shifter brushed stainless steel and chrome? If so, is this a custom piece?

That was (not on there / like that anymore) brushed stainless steel contact paper) and a stainless steel trim piece.

Look here: https://koreanautoimports.com/search.php?search_query=Chrysler%20Crossfire&secti on=product

Note: Product descriptions reads "chrome" but all trim bezels are actually polished stainless steel . . .
