Is the AC/Heater control available? P/N: 05099162AA. If so, what is the condition of the blower speed ****?

Hi,
do you have the Passenger Airbag Off switch that goes between the ashtray and the lighter?
i only need the switch and the plate surrouding it.
my dog scratched mine.
