The lens is possibly fixable, the broken lower tab, probably not.

Buddy, I think those gouges have ALREADY BEEN fixed! They're deep.

And I see something laying in the bottom of the housing....

Have to agree with you on this one, except everything BUT the gouges has been fixed.
That thing at the bottom kinda looks like a chip of plastic too.
It is definitely a PASS.
( If anyone wants to try, offer him no more than $50 + shipping )
