Hi,

as I promised here are some 166mm custom crankshaft pulleys for the SRT6.

The pulleys are "handemade" in Germany.

A 166mm CNC ring was attached to a new modified aftermarket Mercedes 320 pulley (with aprx 10 tons of pressure and additionally secured with 3 screws including static balancing afterwards).

My buddy is running the 166mm pulley stacked with a stock modified 69mm supercharger pulley which seems to be a good combination for reliability and performance. I ran a 166/65 last year which was fun too.

I made seven crankshaft pulleys last year and most of the pulleys are sold to the german community.
There are only 2 pulleys left and I will never build them again.

I would recommend a custom waterpump pulley from ASP or Needswings because there is not much room left between the waterpump and the crankshaft pulley in case of security for example if a waterpump fails.

No. this would be a heavy combination imo, you would need water/meth injection before and after the blower. The blower needs some cooling at that stage its not only the air charge
