royal purple. ultimately the fluid doesnt really matter. the only time fluid matters is with a clutch type diff.

you can run thicker fluid, but its not going to affect the diff, but it will eat up a few hp due to parasitic loss.

i hope you got the stiff spring kit because if you didnt ypure gonna be dissappointed.

Hey Infinite,

Thanks. I didn't even consider Royal Purple brand. As far as fluid type, I definitely do not want thicker diff fluid I just want a higher quality with more additives to help with heat stress and to allow for less metal to metal wear.

According to the Phantom Grip pictures on line it shows the kit comes with 2 sets of springs. One is yellow and the other is red. So I am assuming that I get both and that I will have a choice on which set to use. With my choice I will definitely choose the one that gives me the highest percentage of lock.

Phantom Grip is showing a new product called 908X which is suppose to be an upgraded LSD system but they have yet to list the details.

Does any one know anything about it or is it the same product as the one everybody is using already?

Cheers.

iirc, the stiffest spring set is green, which you have to order seperately, both of the sets that come with it are kinda mild.

We run royal purple in all of our cars.
