SL55 Intake for sale. This came off an SLK32 AMG. It should fit exactly the same on a C32 AMG or Crossfire SRT6.

The inlet tubes have already been trimmed, heated, and molded to fit through the openings in the radiator support. They are pretty much a perfect fit now and will slide right in. I took me 2 sets of inlet tubes to get it right.

The SL55 Y-pipe is not included. You will need to get one if you don't have one already. The part # is: 1130900129 and is available at parts.com or anywhere else you by MB parts.

Two SL55 K&N air filters ARE included ($208 value). They are in excellent condition.

Are the clips modified for a Crossfire, I do not see the front clips where they are normally?

 

Do you mean the clips on the filter boxes where the clip into the slots on the intake manifolds? The SL55 intake filter boxes do not fit into those clips. They're not necessary though. The intake is a snug fit and just fits in place.

 

You are just letting the filters sit on top the valve covers and shift around? You haven't moved the clips so that the intake is properly attached?

 

Yes. They do not shift around though. There is no room for movement. I clamped everything together. This holds the filter boxes pretty stiffly. It sounds like you've done something differently. The clamps are included.

 

IF you wanna part out, ill take the upper lids of the boxes.

Thanks for the advice, I might do that. I can't let it go for $150 shipped though, I paid a lot more than that! My price is very reasonable considering the K&N filters are included.

 

i will be more than happy to vouch for matt. not that my opinion is worth anything! i met matt this summer and he is a straight shooter. black slk32 and avid bracket racer. if he has it for sale its in decent shape. no worries anout getting stiffed from him
