Crossfires at Solo Nationals
Just checked scca.org for today's results and the gentlemen from NC are doing very well. After the first day Aaron Buckley is 3rd, just .297 seconds out of first. Bryan Hertweck is 12th out of a 41 car field, one position out of the trophies. Nice going guys!!!
I'll be checking for tomorrow's results, Best of luck guys and teach those Acuras a lesson.

More On-Track Crossfires! 
There's really only one way to establish a car's performance Credibility and that's real life competition ! Here's to seeing more Crossfires mixing it up on the track ! Now that there are finally some decent 19 inch tires the SCCA solo rules will work in our favor in D/Stock. Years ago, when the Crossfire first appeared, Grass Roots Motorsports correctly predicted it's autocross abilities once the right tires were available. (Check out their back issue archive for the review titled "caught in the Crossfires").

I was out there from Monday through Thursday driving my friend's Miata and drove nowhere near my potential. I am happy to see that Aaron and Bryan did so well on day one. Bryan coned a run that would have put him in 7th instead of 12th. I haven't gotten word on how they are doing today but I will post an update as soon as I know. Next year I will be bringing my car out once it is better prepped as I have a bit larger of a budget next year.
