Track days
I just signed my soon to be wife up for a friday at the track at summit point so she can enjoy the crossfire alittle more. the main question I had was regarding the hoops behind the seats. From what i have seen they are considered a roll over protection but I want to make sure. the school wants to make sure that there is protection that is above the drivers head and for the most part it is. I'd just hate for her to show up and them say nope ain't going to work. I guess i could always let her run my specRX7 race car but it would kill my track time.
There was a big argument/debate over this very issue in the NASA organization. Final outcome... they DO qualify as proper roll bars.
Hope that helps.

I do have an email forwarded to me by HDDP from Daimler Chrysler that confirms the hoops are functional.
PM me if you need it.
