A friend has a 1983 caprice sedan that can do 9.50s all day, it weighs something like 4500lbs and is as aerodynamic as a brick LOL

 

My buddies '87 Supra does 9.5's with only 6-cylinders... I'd hope a Lambo could. lol

 

What your thoughts on a 5K pound brick doing it in 9.4 seconds at over 145MPH? By the way, this is the current world record 1/4 pass for the Jeep SRT8.

Dont get me wrong fellas I know there are plenty of cars in the world that can do 8-9 second passes but the unique thing about this Lambo is it can go and run 9 second runs in a straight line and then go to a race track and be a track car then it can be driven around town as a daily driver plus it uses it's own brakes to stop from nearly 170mph no parachute.

The caprice and supra would probably use parachutes and I doubt they can be taken to a track with turns and do well or be used as a daily driver.

 

I live close by UnderGroundRacing. I stopped by their shop a few years ago with my Crossfire. They told me I had to leave their parking lot and park on the street. When I got inside their shop,they were a great group of people. Awesome shop and cars. Squirrel Crusher

 

We drove the Supra from the Luxor to the track outside of Vegas. It is street legal except for the exhaust. It's even rolling on stock suspension with the stupid "sport mode" switch in the console It's the blue one that was on Pinks a couple years ago. No chute, just a rollcage. Chutes are needed if you go under 8.99 or break 150-mph.

I do agree though, that Lambo is bada$$ and can do it all. I was just saying, with half the cylinders and only one turbo, it can be done also (the 1/4 mile part).

My finance' and I stayed at the Luxor super cool hotel, I think some of the elevators go on a 90 degree tilt following the pyramid shape which is pretty cool!

 

LOL, I guess I'm self admittedly in the **** industry.

 

With it costing more than 3-4 high end cars put together, I would hope it can perform all these duties, hell for that price, it better make me breakfast too
