Default Drag Racing Times

I took my 05 Xfire automatic coupe with 11,000 miles to the drags last night.I made 5 passes with a best time of 15.12 and 92.6 mph.I was surprised at the times. In the past I have raced an 05 Chrysler 300 hemi and a 06 Dodge Charger hemiat the same track with similar times and speeds. Is this a normal time and speed for a automatic coupe????

I am going to test mine after the SC pulley, tune and DCAI. After that Kleemann headers are on the list. My goal is to be below 12.5 1/4 with street tires that is! ;D

ok same deal applies!! they are a log system just like you have now with bigger openings. not going to help you enough to justify the cost. for that money go to a local speed shop and have a custom set of 2 tube headers with a collector made

aha so the kleemann headers are unnecessary?
After the DCAI, tune and S/C 65 mm, in what direction shall I go? Or should I be satisfied?

headers are a great mod but the kleeman headers arent. satisfied? im never satisfied. think of the car as a pkg not just the engine. psk, supercooler, separeted coolant, oil catch can, are just some of the engine mods. trans tune, wavetrac konis, and springs, brake upgrade all help you do what you want to do better. how deep are your pockets? that is what leads most folks! for me this is a toy. ill never get out of it what i put in it and dont care it makes me happy and cheaper than drugs!

Okay well then I skip the headers and go for the Kleemann LSD instead. ? Or is Kleemann just scheit all in all?
I am satisfied of having preordered the SC.. then the DCAI, then the tune.
Pockets are way tiny and they are inside out know. Good point, better than using it on drugs. My white ALBINO is my drug
You think I can have a chance against a stock lambo gallardo if I do the above tuning?

I can't say anything about Kleeman from your side of the world. They may be as inexpensive over there. I can say for 3.2 liters, these motors will hold their own against a lot of larger displacements. But, I not going to win against an all out race car...with several more pistons, and displacement. It's not comparing apples to apples. It is cheap HP, for what it is...you can't make it any faster than what mods are available. So, pick what you want to run against. Hell, I will race anything, as most things are larger displacement, and higher priced cars than mine. They SHOULD win, but, they always don't and that is the smile I enjoy most....

instead of a kleeman lsd do the phantom grip. same lsd without the kleeman pricetag. better yet do the wavetrac and never think about the diff again!
racing.... you win some you lose some. i have beaten cars with huge motors and all the cool mods and a crappy driver. and i was beat DOWN by a 240 sx with a turbo the size of a cantalope on it!! had him by 3 cars at the 1/8 and he came by me like i was standing still! so a lambo sure if the racing gods smile on you. in my area we have a guy with a aston martin db9 a ferrari and more. he cant even get the hood open. ill race him in any car he has!!

If you run 11's, then you should be more than happy with the setup.
