One of the local clubs scheduled a night-time autocross event. It was 106 in the shade (I'm sure no where near what Les races in), so we were all relieved after the sun set.

That looks fantastically fun for sure. We have had the same heat, I feel your pain.

Let me know about some upcoming events, most in Indy are about the same distance it would be to go to Ohio, so maybe I will come over for an AX sometime...

I would definitely come to a night event, none here as we mostly use a retired airfield.

That is the problem, they are few and far between and none exactly close to Indianapolis. I have been to grissom to race out in kokomo, and out at carbon motors, but there are only like 4-5 events left this year compared to 12+ in Ohio.

IndySCCA.org is the site, check it out, but the group, overall, has not been extremely helpful or welcoming...

Give me a shout one of these days and we can have a beer...
