Who this is? This car has got to be damn near close to stock.... Its a texas car, cant tell if its Houston or Dallas

 

Well, I feel like a fool. I just saw the beginning of the video and it said Intake exhaust and tune. If this is you car and reading this.....im in Austin and would love to set up some runs!

 

That Mustang really surprised me.

 

Thats why I thought it was a stock 6 at first.... I beat on a buddy of my mine that made 405whp in a 12' from a 20, 30, and 40 mph roll.

 

Yeh, It was cool and I surprised too.

 

I ran a 2013 5.0 at the 1/2 mile. I creamed him off the line but the distance didn't grow until both hit 4th gear. On the return I let him get a jump from a roll and we were even all the way to 4th where I pulled even and then ahead. I don't pronounce Mustang like I used to. I'm impressed by the new ones.

Not really sure I know what I am talking about, but if the SRT had intake mods AND a pulley, wouldn't you hear the whine of the S/C? Never heard it in any of the runs. Mine is totally stock, so I am not sure what is heard in the cabin when those mods are done. Also, I wonder if he had a bad IC pump that was keeping the S/C from kicking in?

After reviewing the video again, I now understand the reason for the apperance of being sub par in the speed category.......Its a VERT! Everyone knows the coupes run harder!!

 

Hitting 105mph on the freeway while holding a phone...now that is crazy. Btw what is a VERT?
