I'm shocked at how "slow" most of the cars were this year. I guess DA makes a greater difference than I thought. Where's Cruzinquick! Someone has to tell him!

The results for the event are in. I'm around 82 or 83 out of 157. I don't know if that's good or bad, as it puts me in the middle.

I thought it was very interesting that I was faster than a 2009 Porsche TT that's listed just above me, number 114. Of course it took the nitrous to beat him though.

Bring them up to Chi-town next year, and I will try to come your way...I will have both arms again by then.....Chicago was a tuning event for me but we did just fine. When put the hurt on all of them in the 1/4, but they would catch me by the 1/2.... Everything I ran against had me out horsed... Should have the meth figured out by next year as well as few other little things...

 

great job you did, maybe next year I can join you and we can really give'm hell,if you do run that half mile you need to stay within 307 rear would you think.

From the videos I saw, there just doesn't appear to be the same atmosphere at the Chicago event like in Clayton. At Clayton the spectators are setting in grass with canopies, and in Chicago it appeared to be a concrete fest. If I hit the one up North, I'd still have to run at Clayton to get my fix.

I'd leave the 3.27 in, as I know I won't go much more than 150mph. You on the other hand would see 165mph, but I doubt that would be a problem either.

 

It was cooler air, but a lot of moisture and wind as well....hopefully next yr it will be better weather...
