Back in the saddle again. I got Mina's issues resolved (more on this later) and went to National Trail Raceway today and clicked off a couple more 11 second timeslips. :D

How have I missed that track? I guess I need to look that up...might be a nice place to go play. Company is building a place on old 40 by London.... I thought it might be close to there....

National Trail Raceway "The world's fastest 1/4 mile!" is on Route 40, about 20 minutes east of Columbus. It's a good track. I cut consistent 1.7 60' times on drag radials there.

Doc, on rt 40 by London you would be closer to Kilkare Raceway. I used to run at Kilkare when it was a hillbilly track, but they have invested a lot of money in it since then and it is nice now. National Trail Raceway is home though. If you're going to be around Columbus we'll have to meet up!

Re: 1/4 mile timeslips

I am over there a lot hauling materials in and such. We are building a new facility next to the Farm Science Fair site. I could bring the car over sometime and try out the track as I can use our new facility to stay at. It will done by next spring. I have seen the signs for the other track, didn't know it was drag racing track though. We will have to do this in the spring....thanks
