It is n the the second Sunday of each month which would be September 14. Roger had agreed to organize this GTG.

Bill, I didn't agree to organize it. I told you if I had an idea you would be the first to know. So if you or someone has something go for it don't wait on me.

Put something together a little closer to Houston, then Pat and I will try to make it.

hey guys im new to the forum and would love to get together with everyone. idk where u all have been but i know in austin (pretty much the center of texas) there is a movie theater called alamo draft house. we can get a bunch of us together go hit up a movie eat some dinner and cruise around austin. If you want to come to Killeen where i live i know a good majority of the car guys here. havent yet had a chance to meet any xfire people here. I just picked mine up 2 weeks ago its a limited auto and completely stock. soon to have intake and exhaust done by me. if you have any other ideas of what city you want to go to let me know

Not really familiar with the Killeen area but if you have any suggestions for a GTG in your area please feel free to throw'em out there.

i was thinkin about join in up with ya'll. but ya if you wanna do killeen we can. i honestly doubt it would be much fun. we can go to a few spots but i doubt it would be anything worthwhile honestly. i mean the street racing scene here is tons of fun but there isnt anything else to do. i think austin or even waco would be a good idea. waco has a zoo. lol i wanna meet everyone so lets think of somewhere to go.

I don't think many of the crew would be much into street racing, tho I'm sure we have some straight line and roundy-round fans in the bunch !
We attempt to seek a lil variety in our GTG's just to keep things fresh and generate new idea's for interesting places to visit. Some of the group are regulars down at Biff's Drive Inn in San Antone on Friday nights where "Show Car" is the name of the game. So feel free ! Toss out some idea's and visit the forum regularly to keep up with the latest from CTC.

well im more of a slider. i do have a variety of ideas that i will be doing to the car. well the guys i hang out with dont really street race. its what everyone in the community calls us. alot of us are just performance guru's. if you guys want we can go to temple academy dragway. its a decent track. sometimes traction issues play a role in high h.p. cars. there is a decent amount of people that come through there with some really nice h.p. vehicles. if you guys want we can go to temple texas roadhouse eat some food and then go to a big empty parking lot (photoshoot) and then go to the drag strip.
