"unknown" ? And they let you drive away without further investigating? Some service... sheesh. A service tech at my Chrysler dealer were to tell me "unknown" (especially after just buying it), I'd be telling them "well you better damn well find out, or you can give me a new car"!

Seriously...document EVERYTHING about this, and read that lemon law pamphlet they gave you. Maybe it's no big deal, and will never happen again, but if you don't document it NOW you'll have no grounds if it DOES become a problem later. We've had a couple folks on the board here already that have had a "lemon" Crossfire replaced.

You're losing time every day you don't demand they immediately make good. Either a replacement vehicle or use parts off an unsold on their lot. BE FIRM, you spent a LOT of money! They owe you a fully functioning vehicle.

Somebody posted here some sort of regional or national Daimler-Chrysler hotline. I'd be searching for that, making phone calls, writing letters.

Please tell us your real name isn't "bobby"....
