Default Possible Skreem issue?

Hello All,

So i had previously had issues with the locking system / alarm - thanks to this forum i waas able to pull Fuse #9 and just manually unlock car and start the car fine..For awhile. Yesterday i was changing the belt and went to start the car to make sure it was all fine and did the crank, die, crank die, nothing sequence. Tried disconnecting battery and trying again..same thing. Had the battery tested and the local NAPA and said it was good to go. Could this be the SKREEM module? i thought pulling the fuse was "bypassing" that. I dont want to keep pulling battery cable on/off and fry the ECU. Ive already done it a few times, and the car is now inoperable. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
