Default SKREEM module life span

I ran into the SKREEM issue 3 months ago. Worked with Rob and NeedsWings to get a new SKREEM and had it installed. Now, 3 months later, I went to start the car for lunch and after the attempts (turns over for a second or two and dies), the car won't even try to crank.

Key FOB works. The doors lock and unlock with the buttons on the FOB.

How long is the typical lifespan of a SKREEM module? Has anyone had the issue recur in such a short time period? I can't think of anything else that could cause this issue.
