A good Independent mechanic that works on German cars would be your best bet. Avoid dealers, especially Chrysler, if you can. What problems are you having. A search on this sight may give you a solution.

Thanks... my key fob stopped working suddenly and when I tried to unlock with the key it set off the alarm.
All kinds of chaos ensued after that! Tried unhooking the battery for a while, then finally took out the fuse so I could at least drive home (after finally getting it to start) without the alarm screaming. Have to say, that's the loudest car alarm I've ever heard!

Have you replaced the key fob batteries CR2025s I believe. It requires two.

My second thought would be your car battery. How old is it? There cars get weird if it is even a bit weak. Both of those things would be cheaper than a mechanic.

Do you promise to let us know if we give you the solution? Let us know the solution if you find it yourself in the future as well please You asked about a problem with the fob before, some five years ago, we gave you suggestions and mine was the last and we ever heard from you again. We never heard from you again about your temperature sensor question either.
I could give you a possible solution on this problem but knowing I will probably never know if it worked or not makes me hesitate to offer it.

I've no idea what the temp sensor is so pretty sure I never asked any questions about it and since I haven't had the car for 5 years yet...... but will let you know what works this time.

04/28/14 was when you mentioned the temperature sensor. February 2014 is when you got the car it seems.
This forum is a treasure chest of solutions, some misinformation as well and you have to sort it out or ask for clarification.
It looks good if you try the search function rather than get people answering the same question again and again.

Thanks so much for the suggestion, but I tried the search function first. If you're concerned about not getting any feedback, then by all means don't answer the question... I'm getting lots of clarity by people answering "again and again" and appreciate each tip.

I do not personally need you to reply for my sake, we need results. You never reported back before.
I would be checking the CLP/SSM (pump) in the trunk under the foam behind the passenger seat for water damage. Pulling fuse #9 stops the siren but the trunk pump controls the anti theft features. The fob should cancel the alarm when operating the pump, if the pump is damaged by rain water it will not do so.

If you find no water in the trunk area, the NiMH batteries in the alarm/siren might have deteriorated and corrosion and acid might be effecting the alarm's circuit board. Use the forum's search function and look up alarm /siren failure. When you have found the solution to the car's problem, report back to this forum so others can learn as well. Thank you.

The siren batteries that leak are associated more with random alarms I think.

I'm in ft. Myers and am a dealer crossfire tech. My dealer is getting away from working on these cars and I'm picking up the slack at home on the side in my free time. I'm not sure if your car is your daily driver but if you can afford to leave it with me for a little bit I can work on it for you.
