Default Bas/esp problem

My BSP/ESP light keeps coming on. My cruise control and brake lights are not effected. Turning the steering wheel lock to lock makes no difference My local garage is going to clean the wheel speed sensors tomorrow. If that does not work can anyone suggest where I should look next please?ave read that different tyre pressures can trigger the light ?????

My brake lights still worked and I had a bad pedal switch. The switch controls more than one circuit.

I had a similar issue since I bought my car, the BAS/ESP light came on and off intermittently without affecting any other systems. I screened my car with my Autel scanner, and the live data showed the yaw sensor was showing constant variations in degree angle even though the car was park stationary with the engine off. I replaced the yaw sensor (part number A0025428918 version 01-05) which is located between the gear stick and the handbrake in the cabin. The part was second hand from a Mercedes ML 270 Cdi W163 and cost me £18. Scanning showed no more variations in angle when parked, and the light has been off for the last 6 months. Just my two pence worth

I am beginning to see more reports of people with the light replacing wheel speed sensors that had water in them.
