Has anyone modified their doors to Lambo???
If so with succes and satisfaction...
I find it would be very practical making it easier to get out of the car in tight parking spots but was told by a good freind to stay away form that cuz doors don't shut right, noise etc etc etc.....

The doors shut like factory doors and there is no noise difference. Yes, it is easier to get in the XF. I stay away from tight parking spots. Even if I can get out, it is the other person opening their doors that scare me.

Do a search for lambo doors and you will find a lot of info.

Check my gallery. I used the GT Factory lambo door kit. I havent had a problem just make sure you use someone who knows what they're doing with regards to installation (i.e. dont take the doors off the vehicle, just remove the front fenders). I havent had any problems just make sure your installer knows how to hide/secure the door's wiring. Another option is the LSD door kit. Just a reliable as the GT Factory but a bit more costly. The price should range between 1000.00 and 2000.00 depending on the kit and installation. Stay in touch, Chas

 

Mine (my daughter's) were done locally in Miami by MJ Creations. He made the brakets himself. I paid $1500 1 1/2 years ago. I have not had any problems.
