0-60 times for '03 auto Crossfire stock
I'm looking for 0-60 times for the auto, I've had a search but most of the threads were early and based on what magazines published.
Parkers.co.uk (great site) says 6.3 for both but I'm not sure whether I should believe that.
Are there generally accepted figures for this? How does it compare to the manual (with a good driver).
Cheers,
N
P.S. Is there a website with this kind of information? E.g. actual track times that people have done with stock cars. I've been searching but not come up with anything with auto times.

Car & Driver did 6.6 sec. in a 6 spd.
By the way, there were no 2003 Crossfires. Just Crossfires built in 2003.
Is there a reason you don't trust magazine road test results?
Well for one, some of the times vary e.g. parkers.co.uk says 6.3 for both manual and automatic, so I think real world averages are more reliable.
6.9 seems a bit slow for the automatic, well I mean I *wanted* it to be faster since that's what I have..
Anyone manage 6.5 in a stock auto??

With my G-tech pro I got 6.2 as my fastest time. Not a super car but not slow either. I haven't tested since I put my renntech box and borla exhaust. I should

And I can't remember, is yours an auto or a 6spd?

If there are auto owners here with 0-60 times that would be greatly appreciated.
BTW, what's the most reliable/accurate way of determining 0-60?

Unfortunately, on the dragstrip you only get 60', 1/8 mile, and 1/4 mile times.
I have no actual experience with a G-tech pro. But in my observations they tend to be slightly optimistic. With that I mean, when ever I hear somebody quote a 1/4 mile time for their car clocked by a G-tect device, it usually sounds a little faster than it should be.

fireamx, ive read the same thing... gtechs seem to be somewhat optimisitc. but they are consistent, so you can pretty reliably tell what gains a mod might have given you --

I have a 7psi supercharger for my 3.0 4 banger in the Porsche which should put me close to 350hp at the crank. And I'm saving up as we speak for the TVT 300 kit.
Oh yes my pretties..........................oh yes.
Oh yeah I do have the Borla exhaust and the Renntech CAI carbon fiber box. Definitely breaths more air for sure. This box was good for 14hp dyno proven over at the MB forums. I bought it from Advans.
Best for me is 5.75 secs 0-60.
My car isnt stock so should give you an idea what can be acheived with a few mods.
Gonna order a v8 throttle body from TVT SO WHO KNOWS 5.5 MAYBE LOL!
