when the AC is off the outside air flows through the system i have tried everything to stop it, the only thing that slows it down is close all the vents, ,,when the AC is on the bottom button, shows recirculate and it does recirculate the air inside the car ,,, but when the AC is off i need help there thanks jim

 

when i have the fan above 1 i think i can kick it into recirc and it helps keep the flow down even with or without AC.

 

Strange how when I have everything off, no air comes in. I do wish it would come into my car though.
