If you trust your local Chrysler dealership, start with them. A MB dealership may or may not honor your warranty (check with them). Also check with independent MB mechanics to see if they will work with your warranty.

For basic maintenance not covered by the warranty, I would recommend a trusted MB mechanic.

Itsky Thanks so much. If you had the choice between trusted Chrysler and MB (they said they will take warranty) which one.

Well, I don't know the Chrysler dealerships in your area, but it is certainly harder and harder to find dealerships that have trained Crossfire techs. I would inquire with the service departments at your dealerships to see if they still have one.

With my experiences with MB dealerships in the Denver area, they generally frown up servicing Chrysler branded vehicles. Your MB dealerships may differ. For anything non-Chrysler specific (such as anything that Chrysler has modified on the car - mainly the ECU), I have a trusted MB mechanic that will gladly work on mine. I had to have the connector plate in my transmission replaced back in March (and he did some work some work on my old C230) and the car runs like a champ.

Well there is a friend of aunt I don't know well who is tech at chrysler. I was told he is the best tech in Louisville KY. I did experience the same problems with MB over the phone but when I took it up there all the young techs and sales/parts guys was ready to work on it because of the parts and interest. There are no Crossfire here with mods

I don't believe so as I think it has a Chrysler overlay. I'm sure someone who knows a bit more can chime in to verify.
