'05 Crossfire Won't Start

The dash lights up when I half turn the key and I cleaned the residue off the battery to be safe. It has just under 50K miles on it and is mainly stock outside of a cosmetic change and the exhaust system (all changed years ago). I don't drive it to often, mainly only once or twice a week (I did drive it shortly a few days ago though).

Video is of the sound it makes when I turn the key.

Sounds like a weak battery to me (or a bad connection). When the solenoid engages, voltage drops enough to make it release. If you turn the headlights on while cranking, do they go dim/out? If so, weak battery.

Thanks for the response and that seems accurate. I turned the lights on and they were dim in general and when I turned them on they also dimmed the entire dash lights. When I turned the key they flicked with the clicks and oddly the spoiler ejected on its own. When I pushed the button to put the spoiler back down it did not respond. When I got out of the car and clicked the lock button on the key the car did not respond arming the alarm or locking. I assume the battery is truly hitting its end.

A sure sign of a weak / dead battery
Just go out and buy a new one and be sure the charging system is working properly
Seen it dozens of times here and even myself had this occur during down time during the winter before I used a battery tender to maintain the charge
