I take it you have tried to move them ;
1, With the driver door open and ignition off and on?
2, With driver door closed and ignition off and on?

Did you check the fuses #21 and #22 under the hood

Did you make sure that the plugs under the seats had not come apart even just a little?

If you push the door switch down with the engine off, can you here a relay under the dash click? If you have good ears you can hear it, if you are as deaf as me you will need to put your fingers on the seat relay and feel the click. It will click when you push it down and when you let it pop out again.

Click here for the .pdf on seat relay location.
