Steering wheel slipping

Hello,

Has anyone ever had the problem with their steering wheel slipping towards front and back or any advice on how to fix this? It seems to be getting worse (IE would only happen if fully extended at first but now happens at any adjustment) This is on an 05 SRT6. (For instance it is chocked but it will still slip another 3 inches if pulled on or pushed which is quite dangerous when taking a sharp turn).

I also have a quite annoying squeak when it is colder out and when I hit a bump with the wheel slightly turned, it almost sounds like a pissed off mouse. Its hard to tell but it sounds like it is in the airbag area or right behind it.
