Back in the day ( mid 1960's ) I worked on cash registers and accounting machines for National Cash Register, now NCR. The old timers would tell me "put your eyeball on the end of your spring hook and you can see it".

I have a 5.5 mm I use for a borescope, got off amazon.
I was surprised how cheap they are.

Would I be correct to assume it would work with an android tablet. I don't know much about the android stuff.

 

Yes, tablet, PC or android cell.

 

And the ability to take snapshots and movies.

There are versions for iPhones available. Via WiFi are all I could find.

I prefer a hardwire.
