Ultimate STUPID question, I'm embarrassed to ask!

When is the cooling system full? I can find no marks on the overflow tank to say Min or Max. I am not sure if the level is good or not and can find nothing in the user manual to help.

Inside the coolant tank is a white plastic stem
The coolant level should be even with the top of the white plastic stem inside the tank

Thanks for the info on coolant level! I have been married for 44 years and at least 43 of them were happy!
