Can you reglue a clothtop seam ?
 
I have 10 inch seam come unglued can this be repaired --if so what adhesive do yo use?

Where on the top?

there are 2 main seams running parallel to the length of the car. the driver side at the top rear bow is where the seam came unglued

I have seen it tried, but it wasn't pretty.

the top gets pulled very tight at the rear, that plus the Florida heat causes the splits. i just replaced mine because it split at the passenger side. it's very important you avoid water from leaking into the car.

Yes, same thing happened to mine. I used Goop adhesive it doesn't look bad but not great either, its been holding for a couple of months here in Florida. Used it sparingly had some squeeze out but let it dry then cleaned off the excess with an exacto knife. The goop is clear so I touched up what was visible with a black magic marker. I'll baby it as long as I can before I replace it, already had to glue the window back in.

I re glued my rear window back on with Monster glue and took the roof of the other day 1st time the suns been out in the UK for ages and it held perfect I intend to renovo the roof this month its rather a lot cheaper than getting a new roof.
