Hi all; the air pump works, I have vacuum all the way to the air valves going to the exhaust; still have the 410 error code. Any other thoughts?

 

Are you not explaining yourself correctly OR maybe your not understanding this system correctly? Download the service manual and check out (in my 2008 manuals) Volume 2, section/page 9-387 Titled 'Secondary Air Injection System'. This pump is a PUMP, it does not induce a vacuum. it pumps ambient air into the exhaust manifolds and is related to emissions. Good luck!

It is usually caused by a problem with the RCM.
Use the search box upper right corner and search P0410
