Default Relay Control Module & Cooling Fan

Is it possible the RCM would have any effect on the cooling fan not operating, or is that limited to the Fan Control Module and 50 fuse ?

Start with the fuse. Test it with a meter. These old fuses are starting to break because of age. I'm not sure but I believe the RCM could effect the cooling fan.
One of the symptoms of a bad RCM is turn the key to the on position, just before you would start the engine. Wait about 40 seconds and see if the fan runs really fast.
So it might have something to do with it. Maybe try swapping the RCM and see what happens. I always carry a spare just in case something goes wrong.

So I would check the actual plug from the fan to the fan control module once you verify the fuse I just went through something similar, the connections inside that plug where actually lose and pushed out of the socket. I ended up just bypassing that plug completely and hard wiring my fan kicked right on. Good test is to turn your ac to 1 the fan should start spinning at low rpm.
